Additionally, in order to receive approval for a mortgage loan, we will request a credit report from a credit agency and verify the information in your loan application. Be prepared to provide the following paperwork:

- Bank Statements: Copies of checking and savings account statements for the past two months.
- Asset Documentation: Evidence of other assets such as bonds, stocks, or money saved in retirement programs (e.g., 401k or 403b).
- Paycheck Stubs: Recent pay stubs to verify your income.
- Tax Returns: W-2 withholding forms or income tax returns for the past two years to confirm your income and proof of employment.
- Employment Verification: The name and address of someone who can verify your employment.
- Residence History: Your residence history for the past two years.
- Sales Contract: The sales contract for the purchase of a new home.
- Homeowner’s Association Information: Contact information for the homeowner’s association if the property is a condo or part of an HOA.
